I have always wanted to teach and to help children learn and progress.  I became an aunt at the young age of 11 and I believe this really helped me realize my love for teaching and assisting children.  I was raised in Provo, Utah attended BYU.  I graduated in 2006 with a Bachelors of Science in Elementary Education.

I began teaching fourth grade at Noah Webster in the fall of 2006 and instantly fell in love with the school’s vision and mission.  I thoroughly enjoyed teaching the scholars and engaging with the members of the staff.    In 2012, I began my current position of instructional coaching and mentoring.

I was married in the summer of 2007 and am blessed to have two children; a girl who is three and a boy who was born this summer.  They keep me busy and entertained.

When I’m not occupied with work I love to travel, read, dance, and relax.

I grew up most of my life in Orem and attended Mountain View High School. I attended Ricks College/BYU-Idaho where I studied Russian and was the first graduating class of BYU-Idaho.  After serving an LDS mission to Montreal, Canada, I studied Linguistics at BYU.  Then I returned to Canada where I spent the next 3 years.

I have 3 boys and 2 of them attend Noah Webster Academy. I love working with children and have done so in various capacities for the past 10 years.

I love watching BYU sports and playing sports with my boys.  I teach piano lessons and enjoy singing.  I also speak Spanish.
